Error in EDA 2 calculation

I am running a EDA calculation in gas phase, using EDA2, got an error
Spawning Job For Fragment 1
Set SCF_PRINT_FRGM to TRUE to get details

Q-Chem fatal error occurred in module gesman/frgmchild.C, line 679:

Error executing Q-Chem for fragment 2

Please submit a crash report at Q-Chem Crash Reporter
Can anyone help? while the same calculation converges in the presence of solvent using SMD.

You should follow the instructions and put SCF_PRINT_FRGM = TRUE in $rem. That will allow you to see individual fragment calculations. The typical reason for this error is that a fragment SCF fails to converge and sometimes you need to adjust the options in $rem_frgm.

If it appears that the fragment SCF fails, typically one can fix that by allowing more SCF cycles (e.g., max_scf_cycles = 200). If the default DIIS algorithm is not converging, try scf_algorithm = gdm
