Highlighting atoms at IQmol

I wonder if anybody else experiences highlighting problems with IQmol like I do with my Windows version: Often I get highlighted wrong atom or bond instead of the atom I am clicking at?

The screen shots would not help. The problem is kind of random. I can not reproduce it.
