How to do the vibrational emission spectrum ？

Hi ！
As a Q-chem user, I know that Q-chem can analyze vibrational emission spectrum. But Q-chem’s manual is so detailed that I can’t find the examples of this. I would appreciate it very much if you could give me an example.
