I sometimes run into this issue myself and I’ve noticed a few other Mac users having the same issue: After a while of using IQmol it takes a long time to load the app again after closing it. It seems this is because the “Job Monitor” is trying to communicate with the server to check on the status of past jobs. Going to Calculation > Job Editor > Clear List solves this problem for me.
