Does anyone know if there are keywords I can use to adjust the CPHF tolerances to have better accuracy control for frequency calculations and VPT2? Would much appreciate it!
You can adjust the convergence threshold using CIS_CONVERGENCE (which also controls CPSCF convergence). Overall numerical threshold for integrals is controlled with THRESH.
