Hi Joan,
The error message is indeed cryptic and we should fix this, and I need to investigate further to be sure, but what I think this is probably telling you is that the integrals required for this method are not implemented for as high of angular momentum functions as in your basis set. I was able to get this calculation to run (using Q-Chem 6.1) if I used def2-SV(P) for the basis, which has only L <= 2. You can test my hypothesis by systematically removing G then F functions. Please let me know what you find, I can at least add a less cryptic message and documentation in the manual.

Update: Looks like F functions are okay but not G. I will create a ticket for a more useful error message.
