Can you send the server configuration and the contents of the ~/.iqmol.log file (after attempting to connect) to support@q-chem.com? (There may be identifying data so it would be best to not post them here).
To get the server configuration you can use the “Export” button in the server configuration dialog which appears when you double-click the server name in the Server List. This will save the configuration details to a file which you can send.
