I’m setting up my cluster with IQmol (v3.1.4, Mac). I’ve configured ssh to look for known hosts in /path/to/home/.iqmol_hosts. Every time I send a job it complains that the
“Host not found in /path/to/home/.iqmol_hosts”
when it is there.
It ends up generating the same key over and over again. Why is it not recognizing the key?
Can you send the server configuration and the contents of the ~/.iqmol.log file (after attempting to connect) to support@q-chem.com? (There may be identifying data so it would be best to not post them here).
To get the server configuration you can use the “Export” button in the server configuration dialog which appears when you double-click the server name in the Server List. This will save the configuration details to a file which you can send.
