This appears to be a problem with the MM part of the calculation. Using Q-Chem 6.0, this job crashes for me right after generating MM info:

Determining angles, torsions, etc. from user defined input
Determining VDW/Coulomb pairs... (useList = 0)

 Time req'd to get MM system information: 0.0 s (CPU) 0.0 s (wall)

The next step would be printing out the various MM energy components, but I don’t get that far. Please contact Q-Chem support with a bug report.
