There is no error or warning but the qchem stop, I am really puzzled.

This is probably an out-of-memory error. I recommend significantly reducing (or just omitting) MEM_STATIC because that’s not really needed, then set MEM_TOTAL (which is in units of Mb) to the total amount of memory available on the node. You can also try solving the CPSCF equations in segments (CPSCF_NSEG), which should reduce the memory requirement in proportion to the number of segments, at the expense of increased compute time.
